What is Dinner in the Sky?
Dinner in the Sky is a concept born in Brussels in 2006 that has criss-crossed the skies of over 50 countries.
It is an extreme culinary experience where 22 guests are elevated 45 meters above the ground by a crane, where they will have the opportunity of enjoying a spectacular view, an exquisite menu and unparalleled adrenaline and excitement.
Dinner in the Sky Puerto Vallarta
From January 28 to February 28, 2017, Puerto Vallarta will welcome Dinner in the Sky for the first time, featuring renowned national and international chefs, who will offer delicious gourmet menus to pamper and delight diners in the skies.
In addition to the star chefs, the Puerto Vallarta sunsets will also embellish this Culinary Festival. The gourmet experience in the skies along with Puerto Vallarta’s sunsets, will turn into the perfect setting to live unforgettable times and create the ideal scenery to capture incredible moments.

Safety always comes first. Dinner in the Sky is designed according to the norm DIN 4112. Every sketch, calculation and simulation is tested and supervised under the control of the international supervising agency “TÜV Rheinland Group” from Germany. The cranes used are always new and comply with all the safety regulations.
